Ok, here's the deal. I have an ascended Warrior with access to all 3 campaigns (though only played through 90% of Prophecies and all of Factions, didn't use in Nightfall) and I'm trying to figure out whether I should use her for Farming/Soloing and general kick ass goodness if you know what I mean OR Should I start a Ranger/whatever and build that character up for the same purpose.

I honestly just am looking for a good solo build that can handle a variety of places, especially those more "difficult" places as well.

I don't know what build to do for my Warrior at all and am having trouble figuring it out on my own.

If I do start a Ranger, should I still start it as a Prophecies character? or should I do Nightfall instead?

Opinions/thoughts, would be greatful.

If I could work it out with the Warrior, it'd be alot easier. I just have no idea what I should be doing with her necesarily, haha.

How well do you know the other professions?

I'd recommend you should try them enough to understand how they work. This is usually after reaching level 20 and having a handful of Elites.

You might be surprised how playing other professions will open your eyes to new ways to play your Warrior. It'll also teach you how to play your Warrior in a way that irritates (and hopefully kills) other professions.

Warriors are one of the most reliable farmers and runners in the game. If you want something different for farming, you can go monk, ele, rit, derv, or sin.

To be honest, if your warrior is in pretty good shape, i.e., good weapons, good armor, the right runes, the right skills, take it to PvP.
I'm not saying anything about pvp superiority, really, all I'm saying is that my boredom with the warrior was alleviated by seeing it perform in pvp.

For starters, take it to alliance battles, where the setting will be a bit more receptive to a pve warrior. If your guild lets you gvg at all, maybe take the warrior into gvg if your equipment is perfect, it's quite fun to see it perform.

There's really nothing like an Eviscerate gone critical on a monk.
